Have you ever wondered of the beautiful world around us? Everything that has breath and is living is created by God. The beautiful rivers, hills, and valleys; all those beautiful flowers and birds of different kinds marvelous are His handiwork.
You and me are one of God's beautiful
creation. God made Man in his own image and glory. But at times, we forget that
whatever God has made is perfect and complete; but we try to add to our beauty
by decorating it with different means. Certain studies have said beauty is not
only to be seen outwardly, but the inner beauty too is felt through love, care,
compassion, gratitude, help and many more. This body which we have is temporary
and as it is made of dust it will one day return to dust. We forget at times
that it isn't going be the same forever.
As when He'll lift us in glory we
will have a new glorious body with no pain or deformity so why should we care
so much as to what we should wear or what to eat or how to remain young always
and look good, wearing beautiful and
costly apparels, when one day this is all going to fade and vanish. So why not
add to the beauty of your inner man and strive to attain perfection in it by
thinking of the things which are above.
"Whatever things are noble, whatever
things are good, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, meditate
on those". ..God wants our mind, thoughts and ideas to think only good in
his will..
Yes, Its important to be still and in tune with the Creator.
