Refiner's Fire...

Every day, we all are faced with circumstances beyond our expectations. New challenges each day. Your troubles, worries, difficulties, struggles and all sorts  of turmoil's can bring you closer to the creator, or can take you away. The perceptive to see, the problem or the way you react to, the situation determines your inner feeling of trust, and hope to eternity.

God, promised the tree of life, the eternity in our hands. In the beginning, the first in line Adam and Eve, broke the commands by disobeying God. So, He sent His beloved Son Jesus to pay the penalty for the sins which, mankind did. Keeping, His 'promise of Eternal life', to those who believe His son, and follow Him.

 Even though, you might have to face dark and deep valleys, His promises will not fail. Even though, nothing seem to work in your life, be brave and strong and wait, for the Lord's help. If, God is there with us, who can be against us. Weeping may endure for a moment but, joy comes in the morning.

My thoughts, ran on to the silversmith as he sits before, the furnace taking the silver piece and letting it heated over the red hot fire. At times, he takes it out; again when the flame is hottest he brings, it near so, that impurities are removed, watching each moment, as high flames can also destroy it. In the same way God sits next to me and you, refining us and He does not leave us in fire. He sits, and watches you and me, each individual just to be sure that all is well, and He sits there till He sees, His image in you and me. 

Sometimes, I think why God is slow in fulfilling His promises to me. But, He is patiently waiting for everyone to enter the ark. He wants all the people to have new heart, and new life. As written in 2 Pet 3:9," The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but all should come to repentance". Even though, you face challenges have joy, that all this is only for a short  moment in life.

The struggles, and challenges in life is not to destroy you but, to  cleanse and refine you. You might have seen the label in a bottle of oil it's written 100% refined oil. In the same way He will make us pure a precious metal by refining. As we read in Malachi 3:3 "And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness".

Ask God, to help you to overcome the daily struggles you face, and make a way for opportunities to lift His name, so that, on the judgment seat when He will sit as a refiner's blazing fire, you should be able to stand in front of Him without shaking your knees.

Curiosity kills a cat.

In this, modern electronic era cyberspace has become, an attention for children as well as adult. The facilities of; easy sharing of information, research works, business enhancement, are common tools. The world, is now in the finger tips. Besides, the positive aspect it has too many negative aspects, out of which main thing is trying to remove, the attention from God. As, the devil tries to put new methods to distract, the mindset of humans by; attraction, lust, wealth, beauty, gluttony, drugs, bringing sinful desires among the minds of not only adults but children too are getting trapped. Evil has entered, so much that recently in newspaper and social media flash news, of a mother killing her 13month old baby blew off every one's mind reason, just to spend life peacefully, with her lover. Cruelty, is advancing in every form. Many young children, are also been affected by the modern gadgets to see, pornography, and games which are trying to pollute away their immature minds.

Some elders, also behave like small children. They like, to ask questions of how, what, where, who, when etc etc. It, is normal for children as they are in a learning stage but, when grown up ask queries for certain topic, not serving their interest in fact, they remain like curious cats. If you have been told, it is not good for you then, keep to the word and do not go on digging, or exploring.

Purpose of God, to make the garden of Eden, for Adam and Eve, was only for them, to enjoy peace and happiness. They were free to do anything but, were only forbidden to eat from, the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Our, great great great grandma Eve, she disobeyed for which she had to suffer a big consequence. Disobedience, is one of the sin which she did, with that she was lured away by, the devil through his words which, aroused passion inside her, to do evil. "Just an eye to see, a touch, a bite won't cause me anything" she thought, and she plucked it with curiosity to have a look from near, then a bite to know the taste, thus, curiosity killed the cat. Evil, was not in the fruit but, disobedience to God's command was the first negative fact. As, written in James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore before God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you".

Nowadays, we see so many social media (face book,  WhatsApp, twitter, Instagram, and other stuffs) in all these you should know what is good and what is not good, judge yourselves whether, the thing you are watching is for your benefit, and bringing spiritual edification in your life. In order, to enjoy and be happy in this world, we should  obey and trust God. Obedience is the key factor. Obedience is better than sacrifices. Children especially should obey their parents. They, think they know better than God, or parents, or elders, which is wrong, deceiving themselves. As, written in 1 John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world".

This blog, is only to motivate you, to be please God in whatever you do. Flee from all sinful ways. You should accept, whatever God, has given to you and enjoy life with it rather, then being curious in other's matter. The Master Weaver's Hand.

When I was drawing a peacock, the beauty of the bird, made me to praise the Almighty. God, put the exact blend of colors and made it a wonderful creature, the National Bird. Winters have finished, and summers have started with early dawn birds chirping, and echoing of cuckoo, with its sweetest voice woke me. God, of the universe is really, a 'great artist' making everything perfect. His wonderful creation mesmerizes me often. What a beauty!

Sometimes, in life self unworthiness creeps in, feeling, that life is a mess with mountains and valleys, ups and downs, and life is of no good use to anyone. It's only a journey of struggles and  pain, I too felt the same, but, that time my mind flashed on to the beautiful artwork of tapestry in my brother in law's house.

Have, you observed the front and the back portions in tapestry? The back side looks a big mess. It is an art made with weaving of different colored threads, on the image or design which is already printed.

Observing, my  brother in law making amazing tapestry, left me spell bound. While he was doing it, the dedication and concentration, on the work could be seen. This, made me think that, I too am precious as God made me patiently and wonderfully.

I recalled Ps 139, and  I praised the Almighty for strengthening me through verse 13,"For you  created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb." His eyes saw my unformed body. " "When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body".  He, made each one of us like that. God, sees the upper side and for us we see the underside with knots, and jumbled up threadwork dangling here and there.

He’s making you valuable and priceless, so that when others see you, all they see is the work of the Master.  Let your life show who the Artist is, and how wonderful is his handiwork. From, our life we should do good deeds so that His, name might be glorified, through your good works. Our lives, are like the cross stitch work, or puzzles, or tapestries. It's, difficult for us to see, the next step of our life's journey but, God is working in our lives, and He gives us a hope, that the end result of our life's tapestry, will be indeed amazing and people will marvel at the amazing art of God in our lives.

So, do not be anxious, panic, troubled, imaginative as to, what is happening to your life. Leave it all in the Master Weaver's hand. As, He is weaving your life according to His plan and image. Trust Him.

Finding Calmness In Chaos....

There are certain things going around the world; bringing changes in our living condition, working condition, economic condition, environmental conditions. No matter what bad, or worst circumstances, envelops you, if you have a shelter under  His wings, not a bit can touch you.

You can ask God, to give you calmness or peace in the situations, which you cannot change. Accept, the things as it is, for God has given it to you. Like, God might have given you a difficult, spouse, children, in laws, siblings, working companions, boss all which; cannot be changed. Whatsoever situation God, has kept you in, that is absolutely according to His plan. You should be able to handle the situation, without creating a havoc in your life, or other peoples life.

 I remember a story, I heard long back. In a restaurant few ladies, were celebrating a party. A lady, in that group had a visitor Mr Cockroach who came and sat on her. Instead of, shaking it off or just dusting it away, she started jumping around, and dancing passing it over to all the ladies. Hearing, the wailing and shouting the waiter, came and removed it easily.  The chaos, which she caused would have been easily dealt if the lady tackled the situation with a state of calmness and peace. Some are like this lady, in order to handle the situation calmly, they bring disturbance to everyone's life.

Once you experience the state of peace, and calmness you won't be worried of any situation happening in your life, as you know God, will control. This state of serenity, can only be achieved in spending quality time with God. Once in a while try to connect with God, as you connect your mobiles, for the network. You, try to send messages or view them when the range is strong. Otherwise, you try to find a location where the mobile gets the proper range.

Last week, I was facing the problem with network connection as no connection was there and my messages were taking time.  Later, when I went to the terrace, the messages stated going in the speed of the rabbit. That's how, I came to know the value of serenity. It, is the calmness and peace you obtain even during, the chaos happening around 

You, should try to  develop the mind of serenity as Jesus, showed when He came to this world. In John 14:27, He says," Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid".

This, world will have disturbance, agitations, crimes, violence, protests and all fearful stuffs. Governments and nations, will come up with plans to make the world safe, better and cleaner.

God of peace, will fill you, when you spend some valuable time with Him. In the quiet hours, when there is a silence prevailing, you will be filled with joy in your journey through peace. Thus, you and me should set example to this world, by continuing to pray for our nation, and other countries, so that peace prevails. We can live with calmness, in this chaotic world if the God of peace reigns in our heart.

Turning out for good...

World, is moving on a very fast speed with evil things happening in the higher scale. Corruption, violence, crimes, natural disaster, rumors of war, all these have to happen according; to the word written in Bible. None of these things, should take away your peace of mind if, you really trust God, with Apostle Paul you are ready to say, "All things work for good". Not, few things or some things but; all things work, it is a present tense not past nor future.

You, can see in a musical concert where, different musicians play( guitar, drums, harmonium, flute, violin,)all in one accord. This word 'all' has a great importance, same way your disability, problems, pain, sufferings, fear, worries, troubles, distress, loneliness in fact; all will be taken away by God, and He will make all things work for good.

I remember, a story of an only survivor in a shipwreck who was thrown in an uninhabited island. After, some days he build a small hut, and was living with the little he had. He prayed to God daily, that one day God will deliver him and send help for him. With a hope to see, a morning with ship in front of him, he would fall asleep. One day, after returning from the hunt for food he was horrified to see his hut on fire. All, the things whatever he collected was on fire, and the smoke had almost reached the sky. The worst had happened, it seemed. The next day, a ship arrived in front of him, "the captain said, we saw your smoke signal, and came for rescue". That, which seemed  to have been the worst, was in reality for the best. The worst was turned for good. As we read, in Rom 8:28"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose".

I, can say this for my life too. When I got, the letter to give up my job. I felt unhappy and depressed. But, I really thank my Lord that I got, one year full to look, care and be with my bedridden dad. I was able, to spend valuable time with him.

His grace sufficient for each test.

So still I'll sing," Whatever be

God's way for me is always best." ' "

In this life's journey, you may encounter dark, and deep valleys which might seem worst for a moment. Often time, you might feel like quitting, saying Lord it is enough, Why, so much trouble? Life's journey is a tough one. These path have to be travelled, these are the realities of life. But, have a sure hope that you are not alone. God, will not give you, those problems which are burdens too heavy to bear. The worst, will turn out to be good for you.

God, is good. Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. Even though, there are problems persisting all around the world but; He continues to make a way for you and me. You are not going to be the old one, He will bring a change in all situations, and whatever He does it will all turn out for good.

I like that beautiful song... "God is good, all the time, He put a song of praise ...."

Come and see...Part-2

You just saw the glimpse, where He dwelt, in the last blog now; you will get to know a little detail...

I remember when I was a teenager, whatever thing that used to amaze me, I would call everyone to have a look. Have you noticed a hen? After it lays egg it runs, and starts announcing cluck-cluck I laid an egg...It is not silent for few minutes, as it's happy.

Andrew and Philip were the one who found the Messiah but they did not keep it with themselves, they told all their friends to come and see...

Samaritan woman who came to draw water, with a broken heart, and a vast emptiness. No, one belonged to her. When, Jesus told about  her background, of having 5 husbands and now no one, as all left her, she was amazed as no other than the Son of God, can say such thing. He is the Messiah. She found the one who will give her living water, which will not make her thirsty. So she left her jar and said " Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did.  Could this be the Christ" ?" John 4:29

Yes, He is the one whom I want you all to bring your attention.

He is powerful, loves you, when you feel unloved and when your friends fail. He will be your everlasting friend.

He is not ordinary, and was not born in ordinary way God, ordained the way for him, through the virgin. He was born without sin that is why He is God. We all deserve God's wrath, because of the sin which lingers on us. We can only find God's favor by believing in the Son who died and rose up for us.

Let, me tell His greatness.

He, is the one whom old testament speaks. John 1:45, He is omniscient who knows each person 1:47-48, He is the King of Israel 1:49, He is the bridge between heaven and earth He is the Son of Man 1:51. He is the lamb of God John1:36 who died on the cross for your and my sins. God, gave His son to save us. Since, no animal sacrifices could take away our sins. God, sent His beloved Son as a sacrifice to take away the sin of the world.

John the Baptist, showed us the way to Him, and testified about Jesus, that He is the Son of God. John 1:30 "He must become greater; I must become less." Jesus showed us a way to be born again with water and Holy Spirit.

Jesus declared, " I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." He is our role model.

When, you see a new friend you want to talk with him, share with him, spend time, get familiarized with him. Same, way your new friend is waiting for you, have a strong relationship with Him. Accept Him, invite Him to your heart.

This truth, has to be shared so that, not only your soul but; all others your friends, and families soul may also be found in the eternity. That is why it is important to invite everyone to come and see...

God is shouting from heaven hear His voice. Come...See Jesus.

 Friends, I want you all to just ponder on these words. Please take it seriously. It is not a joke. I did my part, now it's your turn. Come and see...Part-1

Something is their ... The boy sitting, on the mountain top wants everyone to come and see... Are you interested? join with me.

If you notice, in the social media, in the newspapers you can see news blowing away your mind. Today the world is a battlefield; Deadly Corona virus killing in China, and other countries, swarms of locust in Pakistan, floods and landslides after bushfire in Australia, internal communal riots in India, Earthquakes in Turkey, these are some of the unusual things happening. These all shows only one thing.

In many places, a quarantine period is declared, especially because of Corona virus , it's a time to repent from your sin, pray and be saved.

I have read, a story which I like to share, with you all. Once there was a farmer who was scolded by, group of people as, he sat on horse buggy and came home after his work. While, his dog was at the wagon side running behind. When, the people saw this dog was, panting an puffing ready to collapse. They all shouted and scolded the farmer, "you have made the dog run all the way, while you are riding comfortably". To this the farmer replied, "the dog is not tired from following and running after me. But, because of his foolish zigzagging and loitering. There, was not an open trench, a hole, a tree stump, an open gate which; he did not invade. He wanted to explore everything that is the cause of his tiredness. If, he would have just followed me in a straight path, he would not have got exhausted".- Source unknown

Some, of us are like that dog, they know who to follow, still they want to explore and waste the time, to see if this is right or that is right. Instead, of holding your nose straight with your hands, they put the hands through the other ear to hold it.

 People around, are looking for; satisfaction, friendship, love, security, happiness, deliverance from the struggles of life(Salvation). He is here to give you all these things, and much more. All your emptiness in life will be removed, the salvation which no one can give. There will be a meaning to have a blessed life by only one person Jesus. Have a living relationship with Him. Come and see where He dwells. In John1:39" He saaith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where He dwelt, and abode with Him that day: for it was about the tenth hour."

Even in His anger His, motivation is to love His people; to restore the relationship that sin destroyed. He, wants everyone to repent, and walk in His ways. I want to invite you to all, come to Him directly. Time is very short, prepare yourself and be ready.

Fruits through Suffering...

All the world is full of suffering. It is also full of overcoming.- Helen Keller

Absolutely true, the people around the world are suffering from some or the other kinds of trouble. But God outpours His love and compassion on each and everyone.

Troubles are, a part of life. In some way, or the other, everyone  of us have pain, and struggles in life. Maximum number of us will have some or other concerns; some might be having health issues, others might be having job related issues, others with family problems. Truth is that, many don't show to others that they have problem, But that's fine as, it depends on the person who is facing the problem how, he or she deals with the situation that is counted.

Suffering does not matter, pain does not seems pain if we endure those hardships hoping, to see the end result of it. God, has a purpose of pain  in my life. At times, when disappointment creeps into, my life I, start asking questions to God. He, reminded me to rejoice in my sufferings, the life of Joseph, flashes in my senses. You see, even though he had to face torture, injustice, bitterness, by his own brothers, attacked sold, persecuted. But, in all these he endured those pain and sufferings in life. He never complained or grumbled, regardless of the situations, Joseph's relation with his God never changed. In Gen, 50:21" You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the savings of man lives". Joseph knew, that Lord God is with him and one day he will come out fruitful.

The path you are treading now might be a valley dark, and deep. Life' journey is painful for everyone, it is not a bed of roses. As roses have thorns, beautiful things have thorns too. Cling on to His promises. Trust Him each day. Offer all the painful trials in His hands and embrace every discomfort you face in your life. Rejoice in your suffering, Rom 8:18" I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us."

My only prayer, Lord give me the strength to take up my cross and to produce spiritual fruits from my sufferings. To thank you in every situation and to be happy with my trials, so that they may blossom like divine fruits.

 Bible quote: Rom 5;3-4-" Not only so, but we also rejoice in our suffering, because we  know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character, and character, hope and hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts, by the Holy spirit whom he has given us".
